You need a minimum of 5 min. balance to connect with a particular counselor.

1. For example, if you want to connect with ABC and the price of ABC is Rs 40, then you need a minimum of 40*5= Rs 200 balance in your wallet to initiate the session.

2. Incase, ABC is running an offer to serve at Rs 20 instead of Rs 40, then you will need a minimum of 20*5= Rs 100

3. Although you can cut the session at any time & you will be charged as per the actual duration of the session only.
